HOT FORGINGS – CLOSED DIE & OPEN DIE
We possess forging capabilities & work strength to produce all grades of Brass, Copper & Alloys, Aluminium & Alloys, Carbon Steels, Alloy Steels & Stainless Steel in the weight range of 50 GMS to 35KG – Both Closed die & Open die to suit different industrial applications.
- Our Forge shop includes :
- 100 MTScrew Press – Product weight:0.050 – 0.500 Kgs. +
- Equivalent Trimming Press (40 MT)
- 200 MTScrew Press – Product Weight: 0.100 Kg to 2.000 Kgs. +
- Equivalent Trimming Press (75 MT)
- 300 MTScrew Press – Product Weight: 0.100 Kg to 3.000 Kgs. +
- Equivalent Trimming Press (100 MT)
- 1 Ton & 2 Ton Drop Hammer
- Furnace : Oil, Electric, Gas & Coal.
MACHINING
We also undertake Job work of Plates ( with material ) for our Machine shop operational facilities with minimum thickness of 10 mm possible.
Our Machining facilities include :
- Vertical Machining center – BFW ( 800*550*500 MM ) BED SIZE with 4th axis – 1 no
- Vertical Machining center – HAAS Make ( 800*550*500 MM ) BED SIZE with 4th axis – 1 no
- Turning centers – up to 200 MM DIA. Jobs possible
- Other related conventional machineries
